Welcome to a new beginning. Welcome to our expansion in Poland.

As a company, our intention is to make a difference in Poland by providing what is needed and wanted for individuals and businesses alike.

We are currently in the pre-launch phase, and are looking for people that want to be developed as leaders and represent RSC Business Group in Poland. To participate you must be willing to align with our Charter (Vision, External Mission, Internal Mission, Values,  and Culture Code) and be willing to make a global difference.


The Opportunity

The Core Team will have the benefit of receiving Executive-Level training and development. This is the same level of training that Owners and Executives of global companies receive from RSC Business Group, and once you are accepted it has some key benefits:

  1. There is no cost to participate. (For those that do participate we ask for a minimum commitment of 6 months.)
  2. It's part-time (minimum 10 hours per week. You can participate more depending on your ambition and drive.)
  3. It's virtual with occassional in-person meetings as the team grows (We will fly to see you as operations demand it)
  4. You can earn extra income while in training. Our commission structure is generous and you will get paid based on the results you produce.
  5. You will do work that impacts your and the organization's development
  6. You will be fully supported by phone and email. This is guided adventure, one that delivers tremendous value to those that participate (from the learning and the doing) and to us as an organization (we get to train people that can become members of our organization and service clients).
Just be clear, this training will challenge your points of view about business and life. It is an “on the field” experiential training, where you will be trained and developed in the areas of:

Year 1 Top Goals

As a company, we are not interested in pushing our offerings from the North American market in Poland. What we are interested in is developing and customising our current offerings so that they fit the needs and wants of small and mid-sized businesses operating in Poland. We will also be working with our global clients to develop opportunities for their products and services in the Polish marketplace.

Our Top Goals within the first year are:

  • Establish a financially self-sufficient Core Team, that's trained in clearing coaching, basic management, and representing the RSCBG Brand in Poland
  • Find out what's needed and wanted from 1000 small and mid-sized businesses in Poland
  • Partner and collaborate with small and mid-sized businesses and position RSCBG as the go-to-resource for how to grow and develop a business
  • Connect RSC Business Group's current clients with business opportunities in Poland

Requirements (what you need to participate in the program)

  • A deep desire to make a difference in the world
  • The willingness to do what it takes to make that happen
  • Entrepreneurial talents and initiative
  • Fluent, written and orally, in English and Polish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Training for the Core Team will be in English (Note: our Executive in charge of Poland is fluent in Polish)
  • This training is designed to train you how to be of service in a whole new way. It is essential that you are fully trainable, coachable and supportable.
  • Willingness to learn and enthusiasm
  • Team spirit and humor
  • A university degree is preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • We prefer applicants from the major cities such as Warsaw, Poznan, Gdansk/Gdynia/Sopot, Krakow, and Wroclaw.
