Future Start-Ups
Introductory Service Level products and services are designed for:
- Front-lines employees
- Middle managers
- Individuals that are involved in business operations on a part-time basis
- Those that are about to or have recently started a business
These individuals are usually generating less than $100,000 per year in employment income/business revenues. They have reached their level of production and find they can no longer grow within their own organization or business. As a result, they are looking for the next step in their career. This may involve starting a business or updating their skill-set in business to a middle-management level.
Typical coaching requirements are in the areas of:
- Course correction
- Direction
- Being clear about your past, present and future
- Business fundamentals
- Effectiveness and how it impacts performance
Start-Ups
Service Level 1 products and services are designed for:
- Individual professionals with a small practice (lawyers, accountants, dentists etc.)
- Commission-only salespeople
- Creative professionals (artists, musicians, actors, writers, directors, craftsmen, producers and/or entertainers that are not yet established in their profession)
These individuals are usually generating less than $100,000 per year in revenues and their vision/future growth is limited to less than $100,000 in revenues in the next 2 years. They are in a simple and/or unsophisticated, non-technical business and have a full time staff of 2 or less.
Typical coaching requirements are in the areas of:
- Basic infrastructure
- Market and/or image development

Small and Medium Businesses
Service Level 2 products and services are designed for businesses:
- That are currently at the second stage or demonstrate through results that they will be at the second stage within 6 months.
- That have revenues in the range between $100,000 and $750,000
- That have a have a small staff, less than 7 full time employees.
- That have one main office, but may have satellite offices.
- That are beyond start up phase, or will be within 3 months.
- That are involved in markets beyond local, e.g. regional, national, or global.
- Whose industry requires higher than average technical expertise or understanding, i.e. specialized experience and/or training.
Executives
Service Level 3 products and services are designed for:
- Businesses where cultural/work environment is more established/mature.
- Businesses where basic systems and infrastructure are in place.
- Businesses that generally exceed $750,000 in revenues.
- Executives whose personal net worth generally exceeds $1,000,000.
- Businesses/industries that involve complex industry or personnel dynamics.
- Executives that find increased importance in the areas of quality of life, stress, and time management.
Business Owners
Service Level 4 products and services are designed for:
- Businesses that exceed $2,000,000 in revenues
- Well established businesses that are dealing with sophisticated issues including:
- Various areas of tax planning including:
- Income
- Self-employment
- Capital gains
- Estate
- Generational transfer
- Preparation for sale or IPO
- Owners whose personal net worth generally exceeds $5,000,000
