Time Allotment
10 working hours per week (more hours are negotiable)
- 2.5 hours per week – intern training by webinar
- 1.5 hours per week – researching markets, conditions & new opportunities
- 2 hours per week – conducting business surveys & analysis
- 1.5 hours per week – develop new services and products
- 2.5 hours per week – weekly practices
Outcomes Expected
- Complete all of the Weekly Practices each week
- Conduct & analyse 1 business survey per week
- Develop 1 new product or service every month
- Report on 1 new market or opportunity for the company to pursue every 2 weeks
Responsibilities
- Learn how to work inside of the RSCBGA culture & behave consistently with it
- Learn your position and master it
- Attend weekly training webinars
- Represent RSC Business Group Alpha in a professional manner at all times
- Attend networking events on behalf of the company and meet business owners and professionals
- Follow documented processes and procedures for completing tasks
- Follow the scripts for conversations with prospects
- Build and maintain the relationship between RSC Business Group Alpha and prospects
- Conduct business surveys & assessments with the business owners to find out their goals & challenges
- Assist in the analysis of companies & help develop solutions for business owners
- Speak to business owners to understand their business problems
- Research new markets & opportunities for the company to grow its business
- Develop new services & products that meets the market’s needs and wants
- Build products & services for the company to help business owners reach their goals & overcome challenges
- Keep company, prospect & customer information confidential within the company
- Creating documented processes and procedures for tasks that don’t have them
- Do the work to fulfil on your manager’s intentions and instructions
- To fully understand your position and the work that is assigned to you

- Inform your manager of absences as soon as you know that you will be away
- Ask your manager for time off as soon as you know that you want time off
- Inform your manager of unusually busy time periods as soon as you know those time periods exist, such as
- exam periods, training, etc.
- Fill out the Daily Report each work day & on time
- Offer suggestions for improvement when you have them
- Punctual for scheduled meetings, phone calls & appointments
- Do what it takes to meet deadlines
- Do what it takes to keep their promises (includes all work that is scheduled)
- In the event that a promise won’t be kept, tell your manager & all those that are involved/affected by the
- work/promise that won’t be done
- Willing to work as part of a team

- Co-ordinate work with team mates

- Respond to all communications, requests & inquiries by the next work day
