RSC Culture Code
Overview
Every culture has its own “code” – a set of commands that provides a framework for behaviors that are acceptable inside of that culture. For the most part these are hidden from people’s view – it is just the way it “is.” For example, bowing in Japan, drinking beer in a pub in England, or eating all of your food when you are a guest in a Polish home. When you don’t follow this unspoken, hidden code it occurs as out of place in that culture. For RSC Business Group, we also have a code. For us, this code is Open Source. “The cat is out of the bag.”
