Master Business Coach Robert Chun spent more than 19 years perfecting our Proactive Business Coaching Process. Coaching since the late '80's, Mr. Chun was coaching small business owners long before there was a Business Coaching Industry.

He is a Futurist Business Coach. His work derives its power from his unique perspective on life, as well as a diverse disciplinary background in Eastern and Western philosophies. This approach accounts for and deals with many human factors that are not usually addressed in traditional consulting.

Mr. Chun began his practice in 1989, two years after graduating from University of California, Davis with a degree in Psychology and background studies in business. After encouragement from Steven Gabriel, a successful business coach and his lifelong mentor, he formed RSC & Associates in 1991. Over the years, he has helped create several other businesses. RSC Business Group was created in 2004.

He has developed a distinctive perspective on businesses and the world that has allowed him to accurately predict mass behavior patterns of people in organizations and society. This ability to accurately predict coming trends has helped many companies to re-design their business strategies and structures and to strategically position themselves so as to prosper through changing times. His ability to prototype and restructure businesses has had his clients achieve maximum profitability in the short term while accommodating for growth and expansion in the long term. Born in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Chun has lived in Los Angeles for over 30 years.

Marden E. Nochez, MD, MBA

Senior Business Consultant Marden Nochez has, under Robert Chun’s guidance, created a unique approach to the challenges that small and medium size businesses face within the growth process.

His coaching is innovative and bold. He applies his ample knowledge of the Japanese business model and the extensive training he draws from very prestigious companies and institutions, into every conversation for business growth.

Mr. Nochez joined RSC Business Group, Inc. in 2003 after completing a academic career that includes a degree in medicine, surgery and an undergraduate degree in medical practice management, accredited by the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. He has also completed extensive training in marketing, branding, and management from Nissan Motor Company™.

He has the ability to discover undeveloped qualities of business and turn them into what makes that company unique. This allows for thriving and young businesses to achieve their full potential while accounting for the individuals that compose the organization and their needs.

Mr. Nochez was born in San Salvador, El Salvador, and resides in Los Angeles.

Vwodek Wojczynski

Business Coach and Consultant Vwodek Wojczynski (pronounced Voy-chin-ski) brings fun, awareness, accountability and fresh perspectives based on his diverse experiences in life and business.

Born in Poland and educated in Greece and Canada, he is trilingual with 8 years experience in business development with clients in Canada, USA, Switzerland and Poland.

His approach is systematic and process-driven. He fuses the know-how of proven business methods with his commitment that entrepreneurs experience satisfaction and joy based on their values, motivations and strengths. He believes that businesses succeed based on their ability to generate value by providing what’s needed and wanted.

Ultimately, he trains executives and true business owners - people who work less, produce more, own businesses that run automatically after a while and make a difference globally.

His current research focus is the development of intelligent business systems and the application of emerging artificial intelligence technologies in business. He is interested in the impact these trends will have on society over the next 20 years. He is developing material for a book to be co-authored with his lifelong mentor Robert S. Chun, on these topics.

He is also an avid traveler, spoken word performer and visual artist. He resides in Toronto, Canada.

Iffy Kazim

Regional Operations Manager, Iffy Kazim, has been with RSC Business Group since November, 2006.

She has a Bachelors in Engineering and has worked in the field of engineering for several years. She has also held other managerial positions throughout her career.

Her expertise is in process reengineering, communications, brand design and management. Iffy has the ability to look at the existing processes within any company and re-engineer them. This allows businesses to streamline their processes and produce results that lead to satisfaction and fulfillment for all involved.

She is accountable for operations in Canada.

Brandon Ling
Research & Development Assistant

Brandon has been working with RSC Business Group for over a year and in that time, has applied his training to design and standardize processes, to improve a small business, and manage employees. He is skilled in supporting small businesses, research and development, and building procedures that reflect the values of a company.

Trained as a graphic designer, he is bringing business training to the field of visual communications. Brandon was born and raised in Toronto, and visits Jamaica often.

Andy D’Silva

Andy D’Silva joined RSC Business Group, Inc in 2007 after in-field experience as an e-business consultant and business analyst to Small and Medium-sized Businesses within the South-Western Ontario region.

Mr. D’Silva specialized in documenting business processes and uncovering under-utilized resources within a business. Working closely with these businesses he discovered that there was a common misunderstanding of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Service function within the Small Business world. This lead him to the study of Marketing and in developing systems unique to the client's business so they can thrive without the need for external funding.

Born in Bahrain and immigrating to Toronto in 1998 Mr. D’Silva completed his Business Degree in Information Technology Management at Ryerson University (2003) and now leads Human Resources functions of RSC Business Group Inc, Toronto.

Tom Chow
Administration and Reseach & Development Co-ordinator
Toronto, Canada

Administration and R&D coordinator Thomas Chow has provided growth and built systems for the Toronto division of RSC Business Group since joining in June 2006. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is currently studying for his accounting designation.

Mr. Chow is analytical and considers the person, the organization's growth and the requirements of the job together. This plays into his passion for developing and improving business processes. In addition, he has been involved in a successful small business accounting practice since he was 14 years old, as well as various other small business ventures.
